This update seems... GODLY! It will surely help people in need. However I am a Tombs VETRAN so I know all this stuff already. This update is like an academy. Only thing I didnt know was the auras around each person when they were poisoned, dazed, etc. I like this thing where you fight agaisnt AI. Gives your Guild something to do together. Instead of, the same old same old "wanna go kill stuff with me?" This update toke this game to a whole new level I think. I like the login screen, it seems relaxing, I like the character creation, it makes me want to create another character. This game sure has improved. But however, when I entered my Guild Hall I had 47 files to load, I was hoping they improved it, but however nothing was improved , that is what I can find...

I wouldn't attend classes if I had them. But I have a few hours of work tomorrow
I have four characters now... and I have decided I am going to delete one for Friday...
My 20 Warrior is going to face his final day... no more tanking for friends...
I couldn't delete my ele... I've got 15k Dyed Black. He was also my main character. Too much time in him to let him go.
I couldn't delete my monk... we're always needed
I couldn't delete my new necro. Sure, he's only level 13... and we've only been playing a few short days... but... minion masters are just so darn fun.

Miscellaneous improvements:
- When a party leader uses Map Travel in a town or outpost, his entire party travels with him to the new map.
Copied from the 1ST Post
That will only work if all the party members already have been to the town/outpost that you are going to. So now warping n00bs fresh from pre-sear from Ascalon to Droks/Citedale to get their armor.

It looks like Anet took their monsters to the next level. That is insane. I wish normal warriors got something like that.

Well, I believe somewhere not too far away from here people have repeatedly complained that PVE was too easy...

Awsome update, tried it at home... spent a lot of my lunch waiting for stuff to load lol... but hey. AWSOME by far the best. Log in screen is amazing, the character update window is cool. I logged in with all of my characters to update that. The log in music is cool to. I hope they keep this after the weekend. I have yet to try this boat travel... not sure if any pvp will be done on my part other then to try out these new characters when they become available for testing.
Good one ANET!

So what type of character builds you people are gonna try ?
Not sure if this is the right place to talk about the character builds for the upcoming PVP event, but for me.. I think Necro/RItualist would be the first one I'd give a try. I wanna try Assassin as well but I don't know exactly what's good to go with.

Ok...are you guys not reading the skills at all?
Remove one HEX when attacking a necro. That means any HEX cast from either a MESMER or NECROMANCER is removed if the creature attacks a NECRO. So Mesmers are sort of nerfed also.

Awesome, I was in that team too! It isn't really THAT hard, we died a lot, but a few tactical retreats and prodigious use of candy canes got us through. We had to take on the final mesmer bosses with only 6 people, as both of our nukers had to leave. It took a LONG time and about 10 attempts (we kept being forced to retreat) to get them, since we had 2 warriors, 3 monks and one SS necro. But in the end, it just meant more drops for us The items are really cool, and those bosses drop 1-3 of them EACH. My eyes nearly popped out of my sockets.... lol. Incidentally, if anyone wants the new green monk staff or focus, I'd be willing to swap for any of the warrior items

Donno if NE one else has posted this problem, I started a thread about it but only one person posted. The Warrior is the only character for the cration portion of the game that shows head armor. I created a Ranger and i recieved no mask, entered into pre and there was no mask on myself or in my inventory same w/ a Mesmer. I dont know if its just a simple bug that they will be fixing or not. I just wondering if NE one has noticed or heard NE thing about it... If you could send me a msg or NE thing about your finding I would be extreamly greatful! Thnx!
